The chocolate left on towels was a nice touch and there were plenty of pillows. The location was good, right by shops, restaurants, and things to do.

The floors in the room were sticky and the bathroom smelled like mildew. Not very romantic. The noise from other guests in the hallway was also very loud, making for a difficult night of sleep.

Great location in shopping district, convenient to restaurants and stores. Room was spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. The view was fantastic, overlooking the surrounding area. The hotel had a gym and pool, and as a solo traveler, I appreciated the peace and quiet.

The parking was limited.

Nothing... it’s just your basic hotel. Great price for what you get!

I asked for a late check out and they offered only 1/2 hour despite it being a Monday the next day and the hotel was likely not full.

The hotel had a bad musty odor. Im guessing it is the extremely old carpets.

It had an indoor pool for our granddaughter. It had a very nice continental breakfast. Towels and Bathroom were good. Location was close to our Daughter.

Pillows were horrible. Very small and flat! Hallway had a horrible odor but the room smelled fine.

Was Clean, staff at location was helpful. Breakfast was very nice! Need a tip charge! Girl works hard, should be rewarded!

When made reservations the money was removed from my account immediately! At check-in an $80 charge was put against my card, In case we 'damage' something! This has never happened before! Will not stay here again. If someone asks I will warn about attitude' you may Damage/smoke the room!!' Puts you in a defensive mood!

Assigned rooms. Couldn't request different floor. Turned out good.

Since our last stay there were nice updates. New carpet, beds and bedding. Enjoyed it much more than last time. The pool is always enjoyable.

The town has a train that is close to the location. It does travel through the night so it can be a "wake" up call.

Break fast was decent pool was nice.

The lamps in the room would pop trying to turn them on sounded like they were about to catch fire.... The mini fridge was taking up to much power so every five minutes the breaker would pop and the tv would go out for a minute. Theres no suites at this hotel which would have been nice

The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. I picked this hotel due to its close proximity to the Stevens Pass Ski Resort. Wanting to snowboard over the holiday weekend and not travel hours to and from home made this location ideal as it's only about a 45-50 minute drive to the resort. The morning breakfast was great, the hotel is quiet, clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive to requests.

The wi-fi was a little slow but adequate for checking e-mail or social media. It wasn't fast enough to stream netflix or other streaming services.

They were able to give me an extra day without changing rooms. Able to check early as I drove through town.

Bed was HARD,desk manager was bothered when I made a comment about the banging loud noise next room,` carpet was OLD.

Bedsheets were very course making sleeping uncomfortable.
